Biscuit Moulds
Special designs are available. Made by bronze or hard plastics depends on biscuit type (Hard and soft biscuits)
The dough is getting thinner and thinner by three different rolling laminator system. First unit makes the dough about 30mm, second unit makes it about 16mm and third is about 2-6mm. The thickness is adjustable freely.
The rollers are adjustable to downward, upward, forward and backward. The knife can be operated in 3 positions
Electronic AC speed controlling unit (electronic inverter system)
All surfaces touching with dough are made by CRNI stainless material
Three rolls sheeter/Laminator
This combined machine produces biscuit shapes of soft dough (rotary moulding) and biscuit shapes of hard dough (rotary cutting).
Operate is synchronized by 3-roll sheeter. .
The machine has separate rollers for the moulding and the cutting operation and is equipped with two separate rubber rollers and return back conveyor sheeter.
Easily changeable moulding system
The motors are controlled by steeples electronic inverter system.
The endless dough conveying band is made by cotton
